Traction has always been an issue with the car, coupled with the fact that the current set of tires are few years old, wheel spin can be easily achieved by just going slightly heavy on the throttle.
As a matter of fact, I had to reduce the boost in order to achieve a more pleasant driving experience.
But as of today, everything changed.
Because I wasn't able to lay my hands on the Toyo R888s hence I decided to give Yokohama ADVAN Neova AD08R a try.
And my oh my, these babies have so much grip in them I'm actually getting the feeling that the car is now under powered and thinking of sending the car back to Toby to restore the boost.

Yeah its been a while didn't see this monster in action
We're planning for a power upgrade this year :)
Sorry to ask ya. Can a vios turbo beat a golf gti stage 2? How many hp needed to achieve it?
I am driving a Golf R now when I don't drive the Vios, the Golf is totally bone stock no upgrades yet.
If it is a rolling start, yeah the Vios will eat my Golf R for lunch. Don't think even if I flash it to a stage 2+ will make any differences.
If it is a drag race, the Golf R will eat the Vios for lunch because of the lack of traction in the Vios as a FWD and not to mention turbo lag.
