Stage 2 Turbo Project - Intercooler Upgrade

Update: Items sold.

Choosing the right intercooler size will make a lot of difference when it comes to the drivability of the car, and often bigger doesn't necessarily means its better.

Here we are with 3 rather large intercoolers, end up with the wrong size and it'll give you a whole new experience in turbo lag.

By the way all 3 intercoolers you see here are for sale at GT Auto if you are keen.

Top: 52cm x 23cm x 7cm
Middle: 51cm x 30cm x 7.5cm
Below: 44cm x 30cm x 10cm

damn i forgotten to ask gt auto about it, sorry about that bro.

if you're planning to head over there to get your power fc tuned, perhaps you could ask them at the same time about it?

ask them to to tune your car with the new dyno dynamics machine bro, so they can simulate road conditions by applying different load settings at different rpm range :)

Will do bro. Still deciding. I'm leaning towards a road tune and then a fine tune on the dyno.

yes bro, the only thing the load dyno such as the dyno dynamics can't do is to simulate the uneven surface of the actual roads.

but with a load based dyno, a lot of road simulation tuning can be done before taking the car to the actual road.

gt auto uses a portable wideband meter kit like the innovate LM-2 for actual road tuning.
